Research Centre of Forensic Expertise on Intellectual Property is a specialized state institution that carries out forensic activities and belongs to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. The main activities of the centre include: a conduction of applied research projects in the field of legal expertise on intellectual property and an implementation of the results into expert, investigative and judicial practices; a conduction of forensic examinations and expert studies using means and methods of judicial review; consultation on issues that require special knowledge in the field of intellectual property.
